Homework – Term 2 Week 1

This week’s homework is based on a Non-Fiction Take Home Book.  Please choose a Non-Fiction book (it could even be one that you read last term) and answer the following questions.

  1. Imogen Walters

    I learned that you can soft sound have a small amount of decibels.
    I leaned that people talking has 50 decibels.
    I leaned that you can hear different sound.
    you can fill a glassle bottle and blow in to it the bottle and you can hear a small sounds.
    you can hear and you can hear a lond sound from a bull frog.
    how many sounds can we hear .


  2. I read a book about sharks called watch out below.

    I learnt the biggest shark is a whale shark. I learnt great white sharks have 3000 teeth. I learnt that whale sharks are the only nice sharks.

    I found it interesting that the great white and tiger sharks like to eat turtles and seals. You can get struck by lightening more than being eaten by a shark.

    Are tiger sharks stronger than a great white shark.


  3. Title: Horrible histories The USA
    1. History has a lot of death, There was different ways of using things, People killed their family’s.
    2. Electric chairs were used on dogs, Accidents caused even more death.
    3. Why do Terry Deary and Martin brown hate teachers so much? (Author and Illustrator)
