Today is the last day of term.  We will be having an assembly at 12.45 pm and you will be dismissed from the hall at 1.00 pm.

Today is our Concert Day.  We will be having a Full Dress Rehearsal before recess and we will be doing the Matinee after recess.

We will be expecting best behaviour from everybody.

We will be having a Dress Rehearsal of the concert today.  We will be running through the whole show of the Lion King from the beginning to the end, finishing up with the finale.

Monday 17th September, 2018

Dear 2K,

We will be in the classroom today.  There is no ICT or Art today.  I do however have a lesson planned for after lunch where you will get to make something that fits in with our Inquiry topic.

Tomorrow you will spend the day in the hall rehearsing for Thursday’s school concert.  I will also give you a note tomorrow that will explain what will happen on Thursday night.

You will be sharing your Flow Charts and Information Reports with 1 / 2 L and 1 / 2 C this morning.

You will also be going over to the Traralgon Secondary College at 12.00 pm to watch some short performances from the Year 9 students.

Dear 2K,

I am away unwell today so you will be having another teacher today.

You will be given time to finish the pictures for your Flow Chart.  You will be presenting these to the other 1 / 2 grades tomorrow so keep on doing great pictures.  You will also be given an opportunity to have a practise read-through of both the Flow Chart and Information Report to a partner.

Wednesday 12th September, 2018

Dear 2K,

Today is Planning Day for the Junior Unit teachers.

Mrs. Dickson will be taking you for the first 2 hours.  You have got P.E. straight after recess followed by ICT with Mrs. Dickson.  You will be having Art after lunch.  Remember that a behaviour sheet will be going to each lesson.

Those children who haven’t finished pictures for their Flow Charts will be given time this morning to finish them.  You will also get a chance to practice telling a partner about your Flow Chart.  Mrs. Dickson will hand out your Information Reports and you can also practice sharing these with a partner.  Some of the reports still need to have the labelled diagram included.
