Homework – Term 2 Week 3

We have been working on angles. For this week’s homework you need to look carefully at the angles and label them. Each angle is numbered.

Dear 3 / 4 K,

You will have your final Curriculum Rotation for this fortnight today.  It is Global Goals with Mrs. Joyce and it will be the hour before lunch.

It is Free Play for those children who haven’t had their names in the Yard Duty folder twice or more.  This will take place after Unit Assembly.

You will be having your final Place Value Maths Rotation today.  It is the hour before recess.

Dear 3 / 4 K,

Some teachers will be coming in after recess today to watch your learning.  They might even ask you some questions.  It could be Mr. Haberl, Mrs. Van Rooy, Mrs. Robinson, Miss Crowe or Mrs. Joyce.

Our Library lesson has been moved to tomorrow as Mrs. Charleston was going to be on the Zoo excursion today.  The Zoo excursion has been postponed due to the wet and cold weather but Mrs. Robinson had already timetabled for the teachers to come into our classroom at this time.  You will have Library tomorrow after recess.

A lot of our work today will be focussing on ANZAC Day.

Dear 3 / 4 K,

You have got ICT with Miss Crowe after recess today.  She will collect you from your line-up area.  After ICT is Maths Rotations where the focus will be on Place Value.

After lunch you will have Science with Mr. Andrew.  I know he has got something quite exciting planned for you.

Tomorrow is ANZAC Day which is a public holiday.  This means there is no school for students or teachers tomorrow.

On Wednesday you will have quite a few teachers coming into our grade to watch you learn.  These could include Mr. Haberl, Mrs. Van Rooy, Mrs. Robinson , Miss Crowe or Mrs. Joyce.

Homework – Term 2 Week 2

Your homework for this week is to write down at least 3 things that you have noticed in regards to ANZAC Day commemorations.  It could be something that you saw on the TV, something that you read in the paper or something that you saw happening in Traralgon or wherever you were on ANZAC Day.

Dear 3 / 4 K,

You will be having your first Curriculum Rotation today.  It is the hour before lunch and you have got Mrs. Hammet for your lesson.  She will be taking you for a Values lesson.  You have got Science with Mr. Andrew on Monday and Global Goals with Mrs. Joyce next Friday.
